I also had a bikini wax which isnt the most pleasurable experience so you just want it to be done quickly and efficiently. This was anything but. The wax hurt even as it was applied / spread and the lady did not feel confident to continue so went to get a different beautician (announcing to everyone, including my mum that she was "just making a mess") who used a different product. It was just as awful. The two of them tried to work out which way to pull the strips off and admitted they had bruised me. Whilst I fully admit that I can bruise if I knock into something, never instantly from a wax. I have had bikini waxes before in other spas without any problems whatsoever. I had to ask for it to be stopped and the result is that it's a mess. I guess I almost found it funny at the time; taking a photo of two of them working on me but looking back I was just nervous and didn't want to make a fuss but it was a horrible,
long and painful experience where I felt like two beauticians were learning for first time.
I really don't like writing negative reviews especially as the staff were nice but I was actually quite upset by the experience and wanted to just get home. Perhaps avoid the waxing here.read more

“Just come back from a lava shell back massage with Annie. All I can say is that I wish I lived nearer to this wonderful place as I would be a regular (living in Doncaster, it’s a bit too far!) It’s a lovely little place and the girls who work there are so calm and friendly. The massage itself was fabulous. Annie does Bowen therapy too and she extended the treatment to work the bits of my lower back and shoulders that needed more work. They haven’t been open long but I wish them well in their work and I hope it will be a success. See you again on my next holiday!” – JH
